Porter Wright would like to congratulate Kevin Meacham for being elected to the firm’s partnership. Kevin is an experienced commercial litigator who advises and represents companies in complex matters arising out of business and contractual disputes, toxic torts, governmental investigations and industrial accidents.

His practice includes the prosecution and defense of matters on behalf of clients across numerous sectors, including the natural gas, finance, coal, steel, chemical, electric utility, telecommunications, real estate and construction industries.

In addition to commercial matters, Kevin has a robust pro bono practice, including representing clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in matters involving civil rights and asylum issues.

Kevin earned a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College.
