Porter Wright is pleased to announce that attorney Jennifer Huelskamp has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Labor & Employment Department. She works in the areas of employment litigation and counseling, and represents clients in state and federal courts and in proceedings before government agencies.

“It’s exciting to add Jen’s extensive legal experience to our Chicago team,” shared Bob Hermes, partner-in-charge of Porter Wright’s Chicago office. “She has a significant background working with employers on a broad range of labor and employment issues and brings a passion for using her legal skills to serve the greater Chicago community through pro bono efforts.”

Jen represents employers in a range of labor and employment matters, including litigation, compliance, FMLA and ADA accommodation, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and trade secret protection and non-competition. She also routinely practices in the general commercial litigation space.

Jen is president of the Northwestern University School of Law Center on Wrongful Convictions Justice Council and a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations. She is named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America® and the Law Bulletin Media & Chicago Daily Law Bulletin 40 Under 40 Illinois Attorneys to Watch. Jen received her law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, cum laude, and her undergraduate degree from University of Notre Dame.
