Overview
Katlyn is a senior associate in the Litigation Department, where she leverages her federal court experience to represent clients in complex litigation matters.
Katlyn has experience litigating civil rights cases as part of a collaborative trial team at a growing nonprofit organization. In that role, Katlyn handled all aspects of litigation from developing legal strategy and drafting pleadings to trial preparation and has argued matters in federal court proceedings, including appearing for a week-long jury trial.
Katlyn previously served as a career law clerk to the Honorable Frank D. Whitney of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and as a term law clerk to the Honorable J. Philip Calabrese of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
