Overview
Jordan concentrates his practice in intellectual property, computer and patent law with a focus on patent and trade secret litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He combines his litigation experience with deep knowledge of U.S. and international patent prosecution, handling a wide range of technical fields, including chemical, electrical, mechanical and computer-related inventions. He has prepared and prosecuted patents across different industries, such as electronics, medical devices, cosmetics and consumer goods.
Jordan has led litigation and trials across the U.S. on a broad range of intellectual property issues, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation and antitrust claims. His work spans various technologies, such as consumer electronics, medical devices, software and oil field fluid management. He has also coordinated international IP litigation strategies in Australia, China, Europe and Hong Kong. He has also handled confidential arbitration matters before both AAA and JAMS.
