Conor advises clients in major commercial disputes, securities class actions, cryptocurrency litigation, antitrust matters and cases involving abuse of public trust. With a strong foundation in economics, he is well positioned to address complex market structures, pricing dynamics and trading behavior. He regularly guides clients through internal and government investigations and enforcement proceedings before the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, FINRA, FBI and state regulators and has defended clients in criminal antitrust and securities fraud matters.

Conor earned his law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of Chicago.
