Overview
Conor advises clients in major commercial disputes, securities class actions, cryptocurrency litigation, antitrust matters and cases involving abuse of public trust. With a strong foundation in economics, he is well positioned to address complex market structures, pricing dynamics and trading behavior.
Before joining Porter Wright, Conor managed federal cases involving fraud, racketeering and public corruption matters at two Am Law-listed firms, while advising public officials, corporate executives, broker-dealers, investment advisers and trading firms on registration and compliance, investigations and enforcement risk.
He regularly guides clients through internal and government investigations and enforcement proceedings before the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, FINRA, FBI and state regulators and has defended clients in criminal antitrust and securities fraud matters.
