Porter Wright welcomes two new partners to the firm’s Chicago team

Porter Wright is proud to announce two new partners have joined the firm in Chicago. Jordan Sigale and Julie Langdon together bring decades of experience in the area of intellectual property.

Jordan Sigale concentrates his practice in intellectual property, computer and patent law with a focus on patent and trade secret litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He combines his litigation experience with deep knowledge of U.S. and international patent prosecution, handling a wide range of technical fields, including chemical, electrical, mechanical and computer-related inventions. He has prepared and prosecuted patents across different industries, such as electronics, medical devices, cosmetics and consumer goods.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Illinois College of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Julie Langdon focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress infringement and trade secret misappropriation. She helps clients protect their IP through strategic planning, securing patents and trademarks, and enforcing rights both in and out of the court. Julie represents clients in all stages of patent litigation, including injunctions, discovery and appeals, and has experience in district courts across the U.S. Federal Circuit and proceedings before the International Trade Commission.

She earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and her B.S. from State University of New York at New Paltz.
