Overview
Hannah focuses her legal practice on employment-based immigration, providing guidance to colleges, universities, IT companies, hospitals and healthcare staffing companies. She advises employers and their employees on nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-3 and TN visas. On the immigrant visa side, she routinely advises employers on the PERM labor certification process, EB1, EB2, EB3, NIW and Schedule A Group I petitions. Hannah assists clients with I-485 applications to adjust status. Beyond corporate immigration, she enjoys helping individuals with family-based petitions and naturalization applications.
Hannah is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves as a Pro Bono Liaison for the AILA Ohio Chapter.
