Overview
Hannah focuses her practice on business immigration matters, providing guidance to individuals, universities, hospitals, healthcare staffing companies and businesses. She helps her business clients develop workforce strategies and successfully navigates employers and their employees through the U.S. immigration system from temporary nonimmigrant status through permanent residency and naturalization. With expertise in healthcare immigration, she understands the unique requirements that healthcare professionals and their employers must navigate to prepare successful cases before USCIS and U.S. consulates and embassies.
She advises on a variety of nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-3, O-1, and TN visas and she routinely advises employers on the PERM labor certification process, EB1, EB2, EB3, NIW and Schedule A Group I petitions. Hannah assists clients with I-485 applications to adjust status.
She works closely with clients to help them navigate nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing at U.S. embassies and consulates around the globe, including advising clients on post specific processes and issues that arise during visa processing.
Hannah is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She currently serves on the Business Section Steering Committee for AILA national and as a Pro Bono Liaison for the AILA Ohio Chapter.
