Hannah is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, where she guides entrepreneurs, startups and established businesses through the complexities of business formation and corporate transactions. Whether helping clients launch their businesses, structuring strategic mergers and acquisitions, or providing guidance on general corporate governance, Hannah combines legal knowledge with practical insight to achieve business goals efficiently and effectively.

In addition to her corporate practice, Hannah has extensive experience in commercial litigation, labor and employment law and representing public utilities in eminent domain proceedings.

While in law school, Hannah served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael H. Watson in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and Judge Jaiza N. Page in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
