Sjoberg, International Business & Trade attorneys, and  Dr. Oded Shenkar, Ford Motor Company Chair in Global Business Management at Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

With the announcement of additional tariffs on $200 billion in Chinese goods and Chinese retaliatory response, companies and organizations must be prepared to act and to adjust their strategy. Our panelists will discuss the course of events leading to present day Chinese-American trade policies, interpret current government responses, explain commonly used business tactics in application, and revisit how similar cases have historically evolved.
