Six Common Traps in Cybersecurity Incident Response

As cybersecurity threats become increasingly sophisticated, the preparation and execution of a proper response grows ever more complex. In this presentation for the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association, Chad will discuss some of the key areas of incident response, the complicated aspects of responding to a cybersecurity incident and the recommended methods for attacking these issues. Given the vital role that in-house resources and outside vendors play in cybersecurity, he will also address ways to create cooperation and a shared vision among all involved in order to accomplish the critical goals of any incident response.
