Knives Out: The Anatomy of a Will Contest

Kristen Del Sole presented at the Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges Annual Meeting. Her presentation helped judges navigate the dynamics of a will contest in Orphans’ Court, the legal bases through which a party may raise to invalidate the will, the defenses, burdens of proof, and procedural and evidentiary issues that often arise in these cases.
