Trial Evidence for the Ohio Practitioner, Ohio State Bar Association

On Tuesday, Dec. 13 and Friday, Dec. 16, Jim Curphey and Eric Gallon will present on the topic of expert testimony at the Columbus Bar Association's program, "Trial Evidence for the Ohio Practitioner." Jim and Eric will discuss disclosure requirements, laying a proper foundation, daubert, the ultimate issue rule and practice pointers. This entire program has been approved for six hours of CLE credit.
