Executing

Chris Dutton presented "Unit 4: Executing" of the five-part AGC Project Manager Development Program. The program, sponsored by the Associated General Contractors of America and hosted by Allied Construction Industries, is a series of interactive courses that help advance the careers of project managers. Chris discussed the steps involved in creating a contract, reviewing contract documents and identifying the difference between contractors and subcontractors. He also addressed how to bill during a project, the reason(s) for contract termination and the steps to contract termination. Section Two of this unit covers effective implementation of the project.
