Porter Wright welcomes back litigation attorney to the Pittsburgh market
Porter Wright is proud to announce that Emily Pell has rejoined the firm as an associate in its Pittsburgh office.
Pell has experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, including matters involving class actions, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, breach of contract, fiduciary duty and employment-related disputes. In addition to her private practice experience, Pell served as a Term Law Clerk to two U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Ohio, most recently for Magistrate Judge James E. Grimes Jr.

Pell earned her J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
