Overview
Emily focuses her practice on litigation matters in our Pittsburgh office, bringing a wide breadth of knowledge to her role.
As a law student, Emily served as an intern to Justice Max Baer of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She also gained valuable experience as a law clerk with Porter Wright, where she had an integral role in an internal revamp of a pro bono program to assist veterans in navigating the process to upgrade their discharge status. Her work at the firm included conducting research, drafting memos and assisting with litigation documents.
Emily was the executive student articles editor of the Duquesne Law Review and was an Appellate Moot Court Board Member. Emily briefed and argued complex constitutional issues twice (2020 and 2021) in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and was a regional finalist in 2020.
