The discussion included the inside account of one lawyer’s (Thaddeus Bereday’s) fall from a billion dollar public company general counsel to criminal defendant in a major healthcare fraud prosecution, and then to federal prison inmate. The content included insight into the experience of in-house counsel during an active criminal investigation as well as that of a defendant in a federal white collar criminal prosecution.
