Michelle Krall, Vice President and General Counsel
DSW Inc.
Michelle is vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and assistant secretary of DSW Inc. and has been with the company for nearly ten years. She currently leads internal and outside team members in providing practical business and legal advice to the company, which operates over 500 stores in 43 states as well as an e-commerce site.

C. Matthew Curtin, Founder, Computer Scientist and Cybersecurity Expert
Interhack Corporation
C. Matthew Curtin is a computer scientist and cybersecurity expert. He leads Interhack's professional practice, addressing matters such as data breaches, intellectual property protection, computer crime, and use of data in litigation. Matthew has been engaged in criminal, civil, administrative and military processes for both those bringing and defending actions, as well as for the court directly.

David Condo, Special Agent
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Special Agent David Condo joined the FBI in 1999. He worked white collar crime and online child exploitation in Baltimore, Maryland for seven years and was a founding member of the FBI’s Innocent Images International Task Force. He returned to Ohio in October 2016 and is the InfraGard and Private Sector Coordinator for the FBI in Cincinnati, Dayton and Central Ohio.

Josh Saltar, Special Agent
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Special Agent Josh Saltar joined the FBI in 2014. Prior to joining the FBI, SA Saltar spent four years working as a civilian Intelligence Specialist for the Air Force at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, under both the cyber and counterspace squadrons. Since joining the FBI, SA Saltar has been assigned to the Cincinnati Division, Columbus Resident Agency working computer intrusion and cyber terrorism matters.

Thom Fladung, Vice President
Hennes Communications
Thom Fladung serves as vice president for Hennes Communications. He brings more than 33 years of daily newspaper and digital media experience to the agency, having served as a top editor at some of the nation’s largest newspapers such as the Cleveland Plain Dealer and the Detroit Free Press. Over the past decade, Thom has also played a lead role in evolving newsrooms into the digital age.

Gordon Katz, Chief Security Officer

Gordon is the Director of Information Technology at Porter Wright and has been with the firm for over 17 years. He oversees and drives the firm’s 15 member Information Technology Department which provides the firm’s attorneys and staff with the technological tools needed to thrive.

Jay Levine, Attorney

Jay Levine is a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. Litigation Department and co-chair of the Antitrust Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in complex litigation and counseling, particularly antitrust and consumer protection matters. On the consumer protection front, Jay advises clients on matters relating to false advertising, marketing, promotion and privacy/data security matters.

Christina Hultsch, Attorney

Christina focuses her practice on data privacy and security, health care regulatory and transactional matters. Christina advises clients on cyber-security risks and assists in security incident analyses and post-breach response planning. Christina contributes articles about privacy and data security to Porter Wright’s Technology Law Source blog, and her articles have been circulated internationally by legal industry publishers.
