Overview
Daniel is an associate in the Litigation Department. He brings valuable experience from his time as a summer clerk with the firm, where he supported complex litigation matters, including researching legal issues related to the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act. His work included drafting legal memoranda, assisting with trial preparation and completing assignments across the firm’s various practice groups.
While in law school, Daniel contributed to The Georgetown Law Journal as a research assistant for the Annual Review of Criminal Procedure. In this role, he analyzed statutory and case law from every federal appellate circuit and helped ensure the accuracy and clarity of the publication’s content.
Daniel also served as a legal intern and extern with the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), where he maintained key legal publications, conducted regulatory and policy research and authored articles focused on agency developments and appellate decisions affecting Social Security disability law.
