Christina is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department where she focuses her practice on contractual and fiduciary disputes in complex business litigation, commercial litigation and trust and estate litigation matters. She represents a broad range of clients, including:

• Businesses in pursuing or defending contractual claims, including those related to non-competition, non-solicitation, non-recruitment, trade secret and confidentiality agreements;
• Professionals in matters involving contractual disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, and errors and omissions claims;
• Individuals and fiduciaries in trust and estate disputes, including will and trust contests and breach of fiduciary duty claims;
• Insurance intermediaries, including insurance agencies, managing general agents (MGAs), third party adjusters (TPAs), surplus lines brokers and other insurance professionals in errors and omissions and breach of contract claims; and
• Insurance companies, reinsurance companies and insureds in all aspects of insurance coverage litigation arising under a variety of policies, including commercial general liability, commercial excess, errors and omissions, environmental, premises liability, and professional liability policies.

Christina’s work spans state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums. She plays a key role as appellate counsel and trial support – developing and preserving legal arguments at the trial court level, drafting dispositive and post-trial motions, and handling appeals in high-stakes matters.
