He also represents major motor vehicle manufacturers in dealer litigation involving terminations, territory disputes and facility standards. His practice spans franchise and distribution litigation, business torts, class actions, employment matters, licensing issues and high-stake contract disputes.

Andrew has tried cases to verdict in multiple states and argued both before state and federal appellate courts. His experience in municipal and state procurement law includes bid protests, debarments and minority and women-owned business compliance.
