Our firm is home to three employee resource groups, the Women’s Leadership Initiative, Diverse Attorney Network and the Equality Alliance. These voluntary, attorney or employee-led groups foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. These groups are typically centered around a particular characteristic or shared life experience and are meant to enhance an employee’s overall experience in the workplace.
