Aamer is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. He previously gained experience as a summer associate with the firm, where he supported private equity and corporate teams. As a summer associate, Aamer analyzed complex Limited Partnership Agreements, helped clients on voting procedures and drafted written consent documents for private equity funds.

Prior to that, Aamer worked as a research assistant at the University of Virginia School of Law. In that role, he drafted a summary of the arguments in pending cases and precedents and completed footnoting and editing an article on fundamental rights and due process.
