Porter Wright is proud to welcome Amanda J. Anzalone as an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department in Columbus, Ohio. She counsels clients in the areas of securities, business growth and operations, and mergers and acquisitions.

As a global privacy and digital operations legal fellow on the in-house legal team for a major retailer, Amanda gained experience working on data protection, privacy and compliance projects. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Chelsey Vascura for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and as press intern for Congresswoman Alma Adams of NC 12^th District for the 115^th United States Congress. During law school, Amanda completed the University of Oxford Summer Law Program in England.

Amanda is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. She received her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, cum laude, and her law degree from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
