Overview

Robert is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, specializing in the taxation of private companies and the formation and operation of private investment funds. Robert has represented clients across a broad range of industries in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His experience spans from advising private equity firms on acquisitions, dispositions, and growth equity investments to counseling start-ups on structuring and negotiating financing rounds and strategic investments.

Robert’s practice also includes guiding clients through the complexities of fund formation and operational structuring, particularly with respect to private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other investment vehicles. He regularly works with both institutional investors and fund sponsors, helping them navigate the tax and regulatory challenges of the investment process.
