Overview

Nathaniel is a commercial litigator practicing in the areas of bankruptcy and reorganization, banking and finance and real estate. He has built a robust practice by providing exceptional legal advice and outstanding client service.

Nathaniel’s experience includes representing financial institutions, court appointed receivers and vendors in matters related to distressed credit and assets. He often provides counsel regarding bankruptcy, workouts, and creditors’ rights and has successfully litigated cases in multiple jurisdictions.

He has extensive knowledge of receiverships, which combined with his real estate experience, allows Nathaniel to look at complex legal issues from multiple angles thereby saving his clients valuable resources.
