Porter Wright welcomes Nicolas Sasso in Pittsburgh
Porter Wright is proud to announce that attorney Nicolas (Nic) Sasso is joining the firm’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. A member of the firm’s Trust, Estate Planning and Personal Wealth Practice Group, Nic brings a depth of experience with a focus in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, high-net-worth planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving and special needs planning.
“The extensive capabilities and background Nic brings in estate planning further bolsters the firm’s prominent trust, estate planning and personal wealth practice,” shares Kristen Del Sole, co-partner-in-charge for the firm in Pittsburgh.
Nic’s practice is centered around efficient tax planning strategies for families. He advises clients in regard to inter vivos and testamentary planning techniques with a special focus on generation skipping transfer tax planning, timed defective trust funding, complex and rolling grantor retained annuity trust plans, and beneficiary deemed owner trust toggle provisions based on a balance of estate, gift and income tax scenarios.

He is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. Nic received his LLM from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, his law degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University.
