Sneeringer announced as partner at Porter Wright
Porter Wright is proud to announce Michael Sneeringer was elected to the firm’s partnership. Michael practices estate planning, estate administration and wealth preservation within the firm’s Corporate Department.
Michael serves as an active member and leader with many organizations in the area of probate, trust and estate law, including the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (Non-Tax Estate Planning Considerations Group Chair), the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (Executive Council Member), the Collier County Bar Association‘s Trusts & Estates Section (Past Chair) and Florida Probate Rules Committee (Member).
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Collier County Bar Foundation and Florida Lawyers Assistance, Inc. Michael was named a “Ones to Watch” recipient in Trusts and Estates law in the 2021 edition of Best Lawyers®, a “Rising Star” in Estate & Probate by Florida Super Lawyers® and a Top Lawyer, Trusts and Estates, by Naples Illustrated.
Michael earned an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of law, a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and a B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College.
