Senior associate Mengxue Xie joins Porter Wright’s Litigation Department in Cleveland

Porter Wright is excited to announce that Mengxue Xie has joined the firm as a senior associate. Mengxue will focus her practice on intellectual property & business competition, product liability and e-discovery.

Mengxue is experienced in all stages of litigation proceedings in federal and state courts, including eDiscovery management, dispositive motions, depositions, mediation, trial preparation and appeal. Cases that she has litigated involve investment fraud, complex contract disputes, cryptocurrency investment and mining, real estate transactions and product liability.

Trained to practice in both the American and Chinese legal systems, Mengxue represents Asia-based companies and individuals in cross-border litigation, including service of process and cross-border discovery.

Mengxue earned her undergraduate degree from China University of Political Science and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
