Porter Wright's Pittsburgh office marks sixth new hire in two months with litigator, Winklosky
Porter Wright is proud to announce that attorney Devin Winklosky has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its litigation practice. His background provides a unique combination of practical experience handling a variety of complex litigation matters across a wide array of industries. His practice includes defending clients in complex product liability and mass tort cases, high-value construction contract disputes, aviation litigation, and antitrust challenges to corporate and hospital mergers in multiple forums.
Winklosky is a retired Marine Corps lieutenant colonel who served more than 21 years on active duty in legal assignments including prosecutor, defense counsel, trial judge, officer-in-charge of legal services, executive officer, staff judge advocate and professor of law. He regularly provides pro bono representation to at-risk and low income veterans in need of legal aid, immigration clients seeking asylum and indigent prisoners filing civil rights claims.
After receiving his B.S., with distinction, from the United States Naval Academy in 1993, Winklosky completed his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000 and his LL.M, with merit, from The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center & School in 2005.
