Porter Wright welcomes new litigation attorney to Cincinnati
Porter Wright announced today that Ilana Linder has joined the firm as of counsel in the Litigation Department in the Cincinnati market.
Ilana is a trial and appellate attorney who represents businesses, business owners, universities and other organizations in complex legal disputes. She manages litigation in state and federal courts nationwide, guiding clients through every stage, from pre-suit strategy and emergency injunctive proceedings to trial and appeal. Her practice encompasses contract and real estate disputes, business torts, consumer protection claims, construction litigation, higher education matters and other significant commercial matters.
“Ilana is an accomplished litigator whose strategic approach, sound judgment and commitment to client service make her an excellent addition to our team,” said Sue Cliffel, partner-in-charge of the firm’s Cincinnati market. “She brings a valuable combination of courtroom experience, practical problem-solving skills and insight into the challenges organizations face, and we know she will be a tremendous asset to both our clients and our firm.”
Ilana earned her bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She has also earned her master’s degree in educational leadership and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education Policy through the Indiana University School of Education.
