Porter Wright adds Maiorino to Columbus office

Porter Wright is proud to welcome attorney Kristen Maiorino as an associate on the firm’s corporate legal team. Maiorino will focus her practice on providing practical legal advice to clients with respect to mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments and transactions, health care law and general corporate matters.

Maiorino’s experience includes working with clients in the real estate, financial services, manufacturing and health care sectors. She assists with the acquisition and disposition of securities and assets, as well as with issues surrounding private equity purchases, dispositions and mergers, asset purchases and dispositions and ownership reorganizations.

Maiorino is a “Double Buckeye,” receiving her B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
