Porter Wright adds Goldberg to Pittsburgh Office

Porter Wright is proud to announce that attorney David E. Goldberg has joined the firm as partner in its Corporate Department.

Joining Porter Wright from the Pittsburgh office of Clark Hill, Goldberg focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters, general corporate transactions, and securities offerings.

“We are thrilled to grow our corporate practice in Pittsburgh with David’s arrival,” said Tim Gallagher, partner-in-charge of the Pittsburgh office. “His experience is impressive and he is an excellent addition to our team.”

David earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.

David’s hiring brings the total number of attorneys based in Porter Wright’s Pittsburgh office to 12.
