Labor and Employment Department adds Rebecca Rayner

Porter Wright's Labor and Employment Department has added associate Rebecca Rayner in the Columbus office. Rebecca focuses her practice on workers’ compensation matters. 

Rebecca, who is admitted to the Ohio bar, has successfully defended a variety of workers’ compensation matters in front the Ohio Industrial Commission at all administrative levels and in state courts throughout Ohio. Specifically, she has defended all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including initial claim allowance, requests for disability, treatment issues, VSSR claims and PTD applications. Moreover, Rebecca has experience working with claims handlers, TPAs and employers directly to effectively manage workers’ compensation claims.

Rebecca earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School, her M.A. from Ashford University and her B.A. from Wright State University. She is a member of the Order of the Curia and is an assistant for the Capital University Law School Mock Trial.
