What drew you to the field of law? I fell into the law early on as a college student when I stumbled across a book called “Anatomy of a Merger” written by James Freund, the legendary M&A lawyer. Jim had a casual way of inviting me into his world of high-stakes deals, and I found the interplay between law, finance and a healthy dose of psychology to be challenging, pressure-packed and fun. And those feelings haven’t changed over the years.
