With litigation experience spanning the Commonwealth, in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, he has extensive experience in the shale and hydraulic fracturing arena, including counseling clients on zoning ordinances, lease invalidity claims, contamination and health effects from drilling operations, rights-of-way/easements, and obligations relative to government agencies and regulations.
