Kristianna is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department focusing on federal matters. Her experience includes providing legal counsel in the areas of pharmaceutical products liability, copyright infringement, trade secrets, contractual disputes, white collar defense and investigations, and international and domestic arbitrations.

Prior to joining Porter Wright, Kristianna gained experience as a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm. During law school, Kristianna served as an intern in the Human Rights & Special Prosecutions Unit for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division in Washington, D.C. She also served as an intern in the Human Rights Unit for the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism in New York.
