Overview

Kevin focuses his practice on commercial litigation, municipal law, construction law, trade secrets litigation and appellate practice. Kevin has successfully defended and prosecuted cases in Ohio state courts, handled the enforcement of non-compete agreements, corporate fraud investigations, employment separation agreements, contract review and negotiation, business litigation and shareholder buy-out matters.

In addition, Kevin served as a member of and the president of Cleveland City Council for over 16 years. Kevin’s service on Cleveland City Council provides him with a unique perspective and knowledge of municipal law, governmental and regulatory matters and the legal issues facing public sector entities. Kevin advises clients on economic development matters, zoning matters and election law.
