The honors recognize attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their legal practice across the state of Illinois and attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Partners Ira Belcove, Robert Hermes and Teresa Snider are recognized as Super Lawyers for 2024, and associate Kaylee Willis has been named a Rising Star.

Each year, no more than 5% of the lawyers in each state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. No more than 2.5% of the lawyers in each state are selected to receive the Rising Stars honor. Both annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.
