Katie focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions. She further assists our partners with general corporate and securities matters.

Prior to joining Porter Wright, Katie gained experience working with one of the largest lifting solutions businesses in North America, where she reviewed contracts and assisted in the preparation and evaluation of asset purchases. Katie also gained experience as a summer associate with Porter Wright and working at the Butler County District Attorney’s Office.

Notably, Katie was team lead for the publication of volume 58 of the Duquesne Law Review.
