Beau Rothschild joins Porter Wright’s growing government affairs team
Porter Wright recently announced the expansion of its Washington, D.C. office, adding four senior-level government affairs principals with extensive global experience across U.S. executive and legislative branches and national media. Now, the firm is pleased to announce the addition of Beau Rothschild to this growing team.
Beau brings to the firm more than two decades of experience in federal and state lobbying, political campaigns, and communications with a long record of successful legislative wins. He has held prominent positions at leading lobbying firms in Washington D.C. and served as the Members Outreach Director for the Committee on House Administration, where he fulfilled the day-to-day needs of House Republican leadership, committees, and the House Republican Conference. Beau also facilitated the transitions of newly elected members of Congress from campaigner to legislator by guiding them through the intricacies of running their in-district and Washington offices.
Beau’s public service includes a number of positions in the Texas legislature, including as the Chief Clerk of the Texas House Energy Resources Committee. Beau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Texas Tech University.
