Neil’s award-winning media, cybersecurity, policy and crisis communications experience make him a valued member to clients across many disciplines.

Liz Fuller is President and CEO of Gard Communications, a full-service creative, digital and public relations agency based in Portland. She leads the firm with a focus on strategy, crisis management, and public affairs, while promoting community involvement and the firm's commitment to giving back. A graduate of Portland State University, Liz serves on the Portland Business Alliance Board as Vice Chair of Marketing and Communications, and was named one of Portland Business Journal's Forty Under 40 in 2021.

Ellen Klem is the director of consumer outreach and education for the Office of the Attorney General. Her mission is to prevent financial harm to Oregonians, especially older adults, Oregonians whose first language is not English, and students with large education-related debts. Previously, Ellen worked at the American Bar Association Commission on Law and Aging in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for research, policy development, advocacy, education and training. Ellen received her bachelor’s degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
