Real Estate Tax Valuations: A New Window of Opportunity!

The last 18 months have been exceedingly confusing with multiple rulings from the Ohio Supreme Court related to the real estate tax valuation question for affordable housing, as there was a deliberate attempt to weaken the 2009 Woda Ohio Supreme Court decision. The industry, however, fought back and secured new wins with the recent Notestine Manor case. We now have a window of opportunity to secure more predictability, and potentially avoid endless legal challenges. This panel will explore where we have been, and discuss the exciting new opportunities before us.
