Disruption in College Sports: The Evolution and Issues Surrounding Student-Athletes’ Name, Image and Likeness Rights

Porter Wright's Luke Fedlam will take part in a panel discussion at the American Bar Association Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries' 42^nd annual conference on Oct. 1, 2020. The panel, "Disruption in College Sports: The Evolution and Issues Surrounding Student-Athletes’ Name, Image and Likeness Rights," will focus on the rapidly evolving world of college sports explain and debate the latest developments in student-athlete name, image and likeness (NIL) rights.
