Agricultural Antitrust: Cases and Issues

John presented "Agricultural Antitrust: Cases and Issues," at the American Agriculture Law Association's Annual Education Symposium in October 2016 in Oklahoma City, OK. The presentation included an overview of recent agricultural antitrust cases and class actions involving egg, milk, mushroom and potato producers nationwide. Special emphasis was placed on how these cases potentially impact the farmers and cooperatives involved in the lawsuits and could have far-reaching implications into other agricultural sectors.
