Elizabeth focuses her practice on real estate as well as estate planning and wealth preservation. She has represented clients in highly specialized areas like professional athletes and health care organizations.
Elizabeth’s estate planning and wealth preservation experience includes assisting clients in the preparation of estate plans ranging from simple wills to complex and sophisticated trusts. Additionally, Elizabeth has represented trustees and executors in the administration of trusts and estates, assisting them in the proper implementation of a decedent’s estate plan and effective discharge of their fiduciary duties.
In the area of real estate, Elizabeth’s experience includes analyzing and drafting commercial lease agreements, real estate purchase agreements and closing-related documents.
Prior to joining Porter Wright, Elizabeth served as a staff editor and notes editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal while in law school. She also worked as a law extern at Student Legal Services where she assisted clients with solving various legal matters unique to the student population.
