Eamon is an associate in the Corporate Department, serving clients in mergers and acquisitions and securities and real estate matters.

While in law school, Eamon served in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where he counseled small businesses and entrepreneurs on a range of legal matters. This included advising on entity formation, drafting incorporation documents such as articles of incorporation, articles of organization, and bylaws and preparing trademark applications to protect business brands.

As a summer associate at Porter Wright, Eamon conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on issues involving secured transactions, labor and employment law and corporate governance.
