Overview

Devin is a seasoned litigator whose practice includes defending clients in high-value construction contract disputes, energy litigation, complex product liability and mass tort cases, aviation litigation, election law disputes, and antitrust challenges in multiple forums. In addition, Devin has represented clients in complex criminal suits and various high-profile and sensitive government investigations.

As a retired Marine Corps lieutenant colonel who served more than 21 years on active duty, Devin has built a robust litigation practice upon his unique skill set. Devin formulated, evaluated and implemented legal policies during operations in dynamic and high-stress environments in the United States and abroad. As a result, Devin has a refined ability to assess case risk and provide efficient and productive advice and representation for his clients.

Devin is dedicated to advancing access to justice for all. He provides pro bono representation to at-risk and low income veterans in need of legal aid, individuals seeking asylum and indigent prisoners filing civil rights claims. He also invests in the future of the legal practice as the Co-Chair of Porter Wright’s Litigation Training Program and is a trainer for new attorneys through the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Bridge the Gap program.
