Jason Dubner has been named a Vice-Chair of the ABA’s Section of Antitrust Law, Insurance and Financial Services Committee. Dubner, a long-time member of the ABA’s Antitrust Section, previously served as Vice-Chair, Compliance and Ethics Committee, Vice-Chair, Distribution and Franchising Committee, and Co-Project Chair for publication of The Franchise and Dealership Termination Handbook (2d ed.).
