Leigh Anne has defended claims and provided counseling on various labor and employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, wage and hour, and other state and federal laws. She has experience with representation before various state and federal agencies such as the Department of Labor, EEOC and OFCCP.
Prior to joining Porter Wright, Leigh Anne worked for four years as in-house counsel for a global consumer products company, where as a labor and employment attorney she managed the company’s full scope of workforce-related legal issues for US-based employees.
